Hi. Im trying to send actionable message to Shared Mailbox address but it didnt manage to get rendered. When i try out with my personal, it manage to get rendered. Both of it is on the same domain.

Personal: ******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com

SharedMailbox: ******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com

I created the SharedMailbox (through admin section) and placed my personal account as the member. Thus opening Outlook on Web for Office 365 using Personal account, i just added the Shared Folder and placed the SharedMailbox email address as the reference. When sending the email, it manage to show in the Shared Folder inbox but opening it, it doesnt render the Adaptive Card. Just the text of the email.

Im wondering if its supported for Shared Mailbox.

Thanks.

    Hello Arifsam,

According to my knowledge, sending actionable message via email is supported in the following scenarios:

The recipient must be an individual, not a group.

The recipient must be visible on the message. Do not put the recipient in the BCC field.

The recipient must have a mailbox on Outlook.com or Exchange Online in Office 365.

And Office 365 Shared mailbox is a kind of groups, which doesn’t support actionable message. This is the reason why actionable message cannot show in the shared mailbox. Here is an article that you can refer to: Send an actionable message via email in Office 365

    Regards,

    Rick

Thank you very much for your reply. Really appreciate it. Was trying to find the documentation but wasnt really familiar with Shared Mailbox concept hence overlooked that statement.

    Again, thanks.
