Click on View Change View should be the very first one on the ribbon. Select Compact to view as in the first screenshot. You also have focus on the first one. Click on View and show Focused inbox If you'd like it turned back on.

Hi, I'm finding it hard to explain in words, so please see the pictures.
My Outlook folders have always looked like this:
But now, I must have accidentally pressed a button and now it looks like this:
(ignore the focused/all/unread bit, it's the bar underneath with the ! icon, bell, paperclip, 'SUBJECT' filters that I can't get rid of)
I have tried going to View Settings but nothing seems to work. I have tried resetting the view back to default. I have no idea what I've done and just want it to go back to how it was! With the sender name at the top, Subject underneath with first line of the message, and date/time at the side. I've spent about half an hour trying to fix it, googling it, but can't find anything useful. Please help!!

Hello
A pleasure to help you.
I want to tell you that you can not delete a predefined view, even if you have changed its configuration.
In case you have a custom view to eliminate it you must follow the steps.
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create...
On the View tab, in the Current View group, choose Change View> Manage Views.
In folder views, select the custom view that you want to remove.
Choose Delete, confirm the deletion, and then choose OK
In case it is not a custom view theme, I recommend creating a new Outlook profile so that it can be restored to the default view successfully.
Let me know how I can continue supporting you.
Greetings Dayamis
