Missing file MSVCP140.dll

Have installed SIMS4 deluxe game but cannot play because it comes up with this message "file missing reinstalling program may help".
Did this but has not solved problem. Using windows 10 can anyone please tell me how I can install this file and from where.

    MSVCP140.dll is part of the Visual C++ Run time 2015. Download and install the run time to see if that solves the problem.
