Thank you for raising your concern in this community.
I understand your frustration, this message as to do with the Anti-Phishing Policies.
It is called first contact safety tip. It is a feature enable in your organization by the IT admin.
It is designed to help you be in guard against some potential phishing attack.
To disable it, you need to be the admin.
- Go to M365 Defender> Policies & rules Threat Policies> Anti-phishing and edit policy and switch off first contact safety tip.
