Does the problem occur in one particular website or all websites?
If you are talking about Internet Explorer, then you can follow these steps:
a. Open Internet Explorer and then click on Tools.
b. Then click on Internet options.
c. Click theGeneral tab, and then, under Browsing history, click**Delete.**d. Here you can select history, cookies, temporary internet files and then click delete.
This will clear your Internet Explorer cache. Now try loading the videos. If that doesn’t help, then give us some more details.
