Hyperlink attached to email signature image not working

Hi there!

The hyperlink attached to my email signature image is not displaying correctly. It either, displays the image without the link, or it displays a white box (which is where the link is supposed to me) but the image is then removed. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

    I understand the hyperlink attached to my email signature image is not displaying correctly. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    May I know what version of Outlook do you have? What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com)

    Kindly check in Outlook on the Web if you can add your signature with a hyperlink and displays correctly. If it is working well in Outlook on the Web kindly run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA tool) check if it works fine after diagnosis. Also check with Outlook in safe mode:

    1. Right-click the Startbutton, and click Run.
    2. Type **Outlook.exe /safe,**and click OK.
