Case ID: 06382715 - Need to reschedule AZ-900 again due to technical glitch.

Hi Team, I had scheduled my AZ-900 exam on 14-05-2021. But due to technical issues I was not able to complete the same. So i have been given a case id and voucher code to reschedule my exam then. But now when i'm trying to schedule it again with my collage mail id, s showing that this mail has already been verified this year. please help me in scheduling the exam. NOTE: i do have a voucher code and i have not used it yet.
