How to remove my email from Blacklist?

Over a week ago I sent out a mass email to 125 people that I have contacted before and have permission to do so. I did this as a BCC. I had no idea this was bad!! Lesson learned. I was blacklisted for this. How do I get unlocked? I am unable to send emails and have had this account and created a lot of relationships with it. Help! I can send the document I was trying to email, the email addresses showing I had the ok to send, whatever needs to be done. We use an independent guy to host our email and webpage and he literally says he has been working on it all week and can't do anything. Surely there is a way to fix this ?

"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance."

Since you mentioned that you have a 3rd party hosting your email, not entirely sure clear as to why you are asking the question in the Outlook.com forum.

Only the email admin managing your email can resolve the issue which may get cleared by itself aftr a period of time. The error message is coming from the recipient's email server so there is absolutely nothing you can do from your side of things

At a minimum, the email admin needs to check to see where the email server is blocked and take steps to clear any blocks. One starting point would be
