Schedule a job x days after another

I would like to schedule a job (SAS enterprise guide program) with Task Scheduler, 3 days after another one is run.

The first one "Schedule - Reuse_V3_Part_1" is scheduled to run each 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

I would like to schedule a second one "Schedule - Reuse_V3_Part_2" for running 3 days after.

Originally I have scheduled the latter for each 2nd and 4th Friday of the month but I noticed that this will not always work. In fact, in July, the 2nd Friday occurs before the 2nd Tuesday. So I cannot schedule it like this (see screenshot).

I was wondering if it is possible, and if so, what is the procedure, to schedule a job x days (here 3 days) after another one's schedule.

Hi,
After searched a while and tested in my task scheduler, the monthly triggers are limited to specific format which we have fewer changes could be customized.

But my concern here is that if the first week started later than chosen Monday (for example), will this week countered as the first or simply calculating from the next week which contains Monday.
Perhaps we could test from this way and I will update once there is any result.
