bounce error : message has lines too long for transport

I am using outlook 2021, recently many of my emails rejected, and I am getting the below massage regardless to whom i sending to (some pass without any issue)

Same issue - recommended solution doesn't work.

I wonder if this issue persists in the "new outlook". I haven't switched over, currently running:

I am also suffering massage has lines too long for transport. I am applying above tell us solution but not working . Please anyone tell me any others solutions ?

I have attempted to push the host provider with this and they have pushed back suggesting it is a Microsoft issue and that I would need to Microsoft resolve. This is quite a serious issue as it means I am unable to operate effectively and critical messages cannot be sent successfully in reply to emails received!

Please urgently advise what needs to happen.

On the Web through RoundCube Webmail: No issues!

Copying message from RoundCube and sending through Outlook fails

I have VSP, set it to 1,000,000 still same problem. Have to start a new email compose, copy the TO email address and then it goes out.

Reply all about like 5 times only.
