Unable to get transcript, Certification and Credly

Hello,
I have passed the Excel associate Exam, although when trying through my dashboard to access my transcript and certificate it reads 'having trouble accessing your certificate/ transcript, please try again or contact customer services', this has been the case for two day now so any help would be appreciated
