Build a simple Hello World App using WinUI 3

Question

Trying to build a simple VC++ example using WinUI 3.
All I need is a desktop form, with text blocks and a button.
You click the button and a "Hello World" Text Block appears.
Which Project Template should I use?
Blank App Packaged seems like overkill.

The windows-forms tag is discussing and asking questions about the Windows Forms such as Winforms controls, libraries, samples, publication and installation.
For questions about WinUI 3, I suggest you ask the question on the microsoft-ui-xaml and you can get more professional answer.
