How do I turn off junk mail completely in the latest version of Outlook?

How do I turn off junk mail completely in both the app and web version of the Outlook powered by Windows 11?

It's always been easy to do but now there is no option.

    Based on your description, you want to know how to turn off junk mail completely in the latest version of Outlook.

    I did some test from my side, please refer to the steps below:

    1. Click the Junk > Junk E-mail Options in the Home tab.

    1. In the Junk E-mail Options dialog box, check the **No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder.**option. By now all email messages will receive regularly. However, those suspected spams are still moved to the Junk E-mail folder automatically, but not the Inbox folder.

    1. Click the Blocked Senders tab.
    2. Select all email addresses in the email list box, and click the Remove button.
