Shared address book problem with Outlook 365

I have a shared address book on Outlook 365 and a personal one as well. When drafting a new email, only my personal address book contacts pre-populate in the TO: field on the email. I've tried to locate and choose my shared address book but it doesn't appear which means those contacts won't pre-populate when drafting new emails. How do I get the shared address book to be my default? Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me. When I follow your steps, I see three options listed to move up or down. None of them are my shared contacts list. Only my two personal address books are listed (one for each personal email address I have). The shared address book (for a third email address I have that is shared within my business), does not appear as an option.

    Thank you
