You're welcome. Just a minor point for the sake of accuracy, the "new Outlook" is not part of Office 365. Every Windows user has access to it whether they use Office or not.

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

Just to clarify something. The "new Outlook" is not a replacement for the classic Outlook desktop program. It is the intended replacement of the Windows 10 / 11 Mail, People, Calendar apps. It is essentially "Outlook on the web" in an app framework with the added functionality of being able to add external IMAP accounts.

All classic Outlook desktop versions support POP accounts and PST files.

To launch the desktop Outlook app, click on the Outlook icon in the Windows Start menu (assuming Office has been installed)

I do not like the "NEW" OUTLOOK. I would like to restore the Classic Outlook. And every time i clicked on the icon of Classic Outlook, the NEW OUTLOOK started and it is very annoying.

Would you please help me to restore the Classic Outlook?

Thank you for your prompt reply. This is exactly the information I needed. I wasn't aware that there was more than one version of Outlook included with Office 365. Now that I'm using the right one, it makes a lot more sense. Thanks again!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND LIVE SUPPORT AND ALL I GET IS ONE PAGE AFTER ANOTHER.

MY PROBLEM:

MY MICROSOFT 365 OUTLOOK APPLICATION HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING AS OF JANUARY 31, 2024. I can not send or receive e-mails. I NEED TO SPPEK WITH A LIVE AGENT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Also, I was going through the LITERATURE AND NOTICE THEIR WAS A STATEMENT ABOUT THE CAPACITY RELATIVE TO A LIMITATION OF MICROSOFT 365 OUTLOOK. IS THIS AN ISSUE, IF SO I NEED A LIVE AGENT TO CHECK MY OUTLOOK APPLICATION TO DETERMINE IF I AM AT MAXIMUN CAPACITY.
