Hi All,

I'm aware that with the F3 license you have to use the web version of Outlook. But with the New Outlook and because its basicly Outlook Online in a client, would it be possible to use it without limitations?

Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community, we are happy to help you.

According to your description of New Outlook for Windows - For business, about Microsoft F3 license supporting New Outlook for Windows,

Microsoft F3 is the frontline worker license - it is limited to Outlook on the web and mobile app.

Isn’t feasible to use Outlook Desktop both classic and new Outlook.

How licensing works in the new Outlook for Windows.

If you have another Including a Desktop License you can use this scenario,

Using Outlook in multiple account scenarios:

1- add your first account to the new Outlook for Windows, this account will be set as your primary account (Include a valid license for Outlook desktop).

2- the primary account will now also be used for determining the license that applies when adding additional secondary accounts.

    Best Regards,
