Lost digital office 2016 pro license when computer crashed.

Before my computer crashed, I managed to retrieve some data. My Microsoft office 2016 pro showed as a digital license so I figured I was good. I had acquired it through the HUP program at work. After I reinstalled windows 10 on new hardware, I was unable to get it to recognize my digital license. I used the utility to send the key to my work email but it didnt send. Is there any way to get my license back? I’ve tried every self help method MS has posted and nothing works.

    Thanks for the advice DSPatrick. I had already tried this way though. When I hit the download button to install Office, it want's either a key or for me to pay. Just doesn't recognize me anymore.

    Did try there as well. Seems the same. For whatever reasons, it doesn't recognize my prior HUP purchase.

    I used to ask my questions on a platform grouping "experts" in MS Office
    Moreover, youtube contains some interesting videos explanations too
