I have tried setting a 1440p GIF as my screensaver, it is just set as a still image. Is there any way I am able to get this to work or is there any software that could get this to work?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply!

If you have MP4 version at present and have to use some third-party tools (after my research, Microsoft has officially reclaimed that they do not support flash, so I think you can only use some file converters to try to create your customized screensaver.), why don't you just apply some third-party tools to convert MP4 directly to scr.? After my research, you can use iScreensaver to transform your file versions, as I know, they offer a version that can be downloaded for Windows 10 users. You can just take a glance and have a try:

If you are an Enterprise organization and want to deploy an MP4 file as a Windows Screen saver, you can use the Personalization Packager to deploy Windows Screensavers. Click here for more information. You can also deploy Desktop wallpapers and Outlook Signatures.

If you are a home user, this might be overkill. As per the previous comment, flash-based deployments will not work with Windows 11 or later versions of Windows 10.
