    Hi @dulan isuru ,

please keep in mind with 4 GB RAM your laptop is at the "lower" end of the Win 11 requirement related to memory.
Also be aware Windows 11 insider preview version is not the final version.

It would help Microsoft to submit your feedback directly view Feedback Hub:

Your RAM size is not enough for best performance of Windows 11, 4G RAM is the minimum RAM requirements.

In order to remove lag you need to increase your device’s RAM size to 8GB at least, my laptop runs Windows 11 smoothly with 16 GM RAM and intel i5 9th gen processor.

    Hello,
Is your laptop still lagging after the final release?
If yes maybe try to adjust settings for best performance
Go To This PC -> Right Click -> Select Properties -> Select Advanced System Settings (Below Specs of your PC) -> Select Settings under The Performance Thing -> Select Adjust for best Performance.
Maybe even set your power plan to maximise performance?

    Hope This Helps!
