Hello! I am hoping to put a PDF file i have with multiple hyperlinks within it, in the body of my email. I dont want it to just be an attachment, but shown in the body of the email so people can simply open the email and click on the links from the PDF. How do i do this?

This is, indeed, extremely frustrating. Sometimes, a graphic type of message is desired, that may also have hyperlinks. Simply posting a link to the resource drastically reduces the number of people who will bother themselves following a link while running through and disgarding emails.

I will follow your good advice on joining my voice to others in the appropriate forum. Thanks.

    Dear Arnold Mongillo

Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We'll be happy to help!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, I did some research and tests, but actually unfortunately, it is not possible to embed a PDF file directly into the body of an email in Outlook for Mac. However, you can insert a hyperlink to the PDF file within the body of the email. To do this, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open a new email message in Outlook for Mac.
    2. Place your cursor where you want to insert the hyperlink.
    3. Click on the "Insert" tab in the top menu bar.
    4. Click on "Hyperlink" in the drop-down menu.
    5. In the "Link to" field, enter the file path or URL of the PDF file.
    6. Click "OK" to insert the hyperlink into the email.

When the recipient receives the email, they can click on the hyperlink to open the PDF file. For your reference: Create or remove a hyperlink in a message in Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support

By the way, you can also make screenshots for your PDF and then insert them in your email boday to achieve your goal, thanks.
