    Hello Linda,

    Greetings.

To send an email to a group of people without any of the recipients seeing each other's email addresses, you can use the "Bcc" (blind carbon copy) feature in Outlook. When you add recipients to the Bcc field, each recipient will receive a copy of the email, but none of them will be able to see the email addresses of the other recipients. Here's how you can do it:

    1. Open Outlook and create a new email.
    2. In the new email window, you'll see the "To" field. Next to it, there should be an option for "Cc" and possibly "Bcc". If you don't see the "Bcc" field, you may need to enable it in the options.
    3. Once the "Bcc" field is visible, enter the email addresses of the recipients in the "Bcc" field. If you want to send the email all at once without inputting individual email addresses, you can create a contact list with these users and add it here. Create, edit, or delete a contact list or contact group in Outlook - Microsoft Support
    4. Compose your email and send it as you normally would.

By using the "Bcc" field, you can ensure that the email addresses of the recipients are kept private and are not visible to others.

More info here: Show, hide, and view the Bcc (blind carbon copy) field in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

In case you have any further queries, or need any assistance, please let me know.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.

    Hi Woodsonp

Only addresses in the To and Cc box are visible to the recipients. If there's none, then they can only reply to the sender.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.

Good evening. One other question on this topic... If a recipient wants to reply to the email, will they only be able to reply to me as the sender? There wouldn't be a way for them to reply to all accidentally?

Yes, you don't have to enter anything in the "To" space. If all recipients are in the "BCC" space, then each one will receive the email without being aware of all the others in the "BCC" space.
