I am using SendGrid to send emails to various email ids. For gmail the messages get delivered fine, for personal outlook account also the mail gets delivered. But for official outlook account even though SendGrid says message delivered yet it does not appear on the mail box(not even in junk). Am using Single Sender Identity verification and even that is verified from sendgrid. Can anybody tell me whats wrong?

    Hello Kankana,

I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

If your emails sent via SendGrid are being delivered to Gmail and personal Outlook accounts but not appearing in your official Outlook account (even though SendGrid indicates they're delivered), it sounds like an issue related to email filtering or blocking at your organization's Outlook server. Here's a straightforward approach to address this:

    1. Ensure the emails are not being redirected to the junk or spam folder in your official Outlook account.
    2. Check if there are any rules set up in your official Outlook account that might be redirecting or blocking these emails.
    3. Sometimes, corporate email systems have more stringent security settings or spam filters. Your company's IT department might be blocking or filtering emails from SendGrid.
    4. Reach out to your organization's IT support team. They can check the email server logs to see if the emails are being blocked or filtered out and can adjust the settings if necessary.

5.Ensure that your domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly set up and aligned with SendGrid. This helps in establishing the authenticity of your emails and prevents them from being marked as spam.

    1. Request your IT department to whitelist SendGrid's IP addresses or the sending domain in the organization's email server settings.
    2. If the issue persists, also contact SendGrid's support for further assistance. They might provide insights or solutions specific to their service.

In corporate environments, email delivery issues can often be due to strict email security policies. Your IT department should be able to help identify and resolve the issue.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards, Ibhadighi
