Identical email-htmls render differently in the same Oulook version but in different office accounts

I am sending one email to me and the same email to my college. This email contains some html code. Me and my college have same Outlook versions (Version 2401). Why is this email not rendered correctly in my office account, but my college does not have any problems with the email?

The problem is with <v:roundrect> element and an <a> element inside it.

See if it might be this new feature causing the issue, Typography improvements in Word and Outlook for Windows (microsoft365.com).

    Thank you Gabriel,

I've checked and I still have this problem weather the Typography options are turned on or turned off.

The size of the labels is not correct, words are not displayed, however links are working. I've attached the source code of those buttons.
