That didn't fix my problem, which is the same as the poster's. I put the email address on the Safe Sender's list. Also the domain. I click Never Block Sender and Never Block Sender's Domain. I mark as Not Junk. And yet it keeps coming back to Junk. Seems like a Microsoft Outlook bug. I can't disable Automatic Filtering. I will get a ton of spam in my Inbox. There's got to be a way to fix this.
Email keeps going to junk folder even after I say it's safe.
I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

2024-08-15T17:14:29+00:00 Hello, I am having the same issue with just one email sender. No matter what I do it automatically goes to junk, when I bring it back to my inbox it stays for a minute and then goes right back to junk. frustrating, I have tried everything to accept this customer's email.

2024-08-26T23:41:21+00:00 I have the same problem on a desktop computer running MS Outlook 2019...email from a trusted source being sent to spam, even though I have tried everything you recommended. Not only that, but when I move the email from spam to inbox, Outlook moves it back to spam. What's going on???
