Some emails bouncing back all of a sudden !

Hello, all of a sudden for the last few days, emails I am sending to 2 people I often send emails to are not going through & are bouncing back, typically with the message seen below. ( this is not the whole message, but the top & main body of text

At first it was to person with an AOL account, I thought it was just that email address, but now this is happening to another Yahoo address, I can receive emails from them & if I send them an email from another gmail account I have, they go through.

I send main emails & it is only to these 2 addresses that I seem to get a bounce back from ?

Can anybody help here ? I have put the error code on Google to see If I can sort, but it is baffling to me !

It is possible that the issue is on the recipient's end, and they may need to contact their email service provider for assistance. However, you can also try resending the email or contacting your email service provider for further assistance.

    I'd like to ask few questions from you to better understand your issue.

    1. What's the email domain of the account you are using to send? Is it @hotmail/outlook.com, or custom domain email?
    2. Can you confirm if you're only getting this non-delivery message or logs when you're sending emails from a business account?
    3. What type of emails are you trying to send? Is it advertisements, newsletters, or just regular emails?
    4. What license are you using with your Office?

    Here are some steps you can try.

    1. Check if there are any mistakes in the recipient’s email address. If the email address is incorrect, your emails will bounce back. You can try sending an email to a different email address of the same person to see if it goes through.
    2. Check if your emails are being blocked by the recipient’s email provider. Sometimes, emails sent from Hotmail accounts can be blocked by the recipient’s email provider. You can ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder, add your email address to their safe senders list, or contact their email provider to ask if they are blocking emails from your email address.

    Hi

    I thought my email address was still being controlled by a Proxy company I used originally for it, however they inform,ed me that Outlook Microsoft Exchange was now where all emails are controlled through as such, not sure who you use ?

    The person I was speaking to thought he knew what the issue was, he put me on hold & went to Microsoft to get some settings/code, then applied them to my email address as they could still see it on their system as that is where it was originally formed & it solved the issue.

    technically I am not sure how he did it, but I would suggest you approach whoever your emails go through & they should be able to sort the issue, not the other parties you are sending emails to as such, which is what I thought the issue was ?!
