Yahoo rejects my email messages, due to DMARC problem
I have two free Microsoft email addresses, ******@OUTLOOK.COM and ******@LIVE.CA. Starting Thu Feb 1, I found that emails sent to Yahoo or Gmail from either domain failed the DMARC check. That is, Yahoo postmaster rejects my emails, see below. Apparently more than 5000 individuals use OUTLOOK.COM to send emails each day, so all people with emails in this domain count as "bulk senders".
When will Microsoft update the DMARC records for these domains?
I went to SkySnag to check my email accounts, at https://www.skysnag.com/domain-results/?domain=******@OUTLOOK.COM/ It shows that the SPF check passes, but the DMARC check fails.

My attempt to send email on Feb 1 was bounced with this error message. I got a similar response earlier this morning.
