Schedule View in New Outlook

Question

Does the new Outlook support the Schedule View feature? In the old Outlook we were able to arrange the calendar to see Team's statues on the calendar. However, I don't see this option on the New Outlook

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description regarding "Schedule View in New Outlook".  After thorough research and testing, I found that this feature is not yet available in New Outlook for Windows at this moment. Kindly note that the New Outlook is in a Preview state, and they are still working on the platform/foundation of the application itself However is under development by the team as requested by many users.  At this stage of the development, luckily If you heavily rely on this feature, you may consider toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview for now. However, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of new outlook even better. We will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates.

In the meantime, I did find similar request in the feedback forum Calendar: horizontal (schedule) view · Community (microsoft.com) I have asked my team to vote, and you may upvote for this if it is in line with your requirement. Otherwise, you may as well provide feedback on this feature in your outlook by creating a new post as an idea to our Outlook feedback site via Outlook · Community (microsoft.com) our Product Development Team are committed to enhancing the customer experience by continually examining suggestions to include in the design and development of future product upgrades based on your suggestions. Hopefully your suggestion will help many other people in the future. Thank You. Looks like I'll just have to revert the user back to old outlook until this feature is added.

The thing is, people in general read left to right. A decision not to include a horizontal view a.k.a. schedule view, so people can read information in a native format is a serious omission and shows a lack of understanding of what people need.

The whole point of information views is the flexibility of those views, but if they are all left as vertical strips, where people's calendars cannot be read, there really is no point whatsoever in the app.

Please allow schedule view in new Outlook.

I manage the calendars of 5 executives. Please add the "Schedule View" to the new Outlook. That tool is imperative to my daily function. I will need to continue to use the old version of Outlook until "Schedule View" is added. Please add the function back SOON! Thank you.

The fact that I can't see my colleague's calendars when scheduling in New Outlook is a complete waste of time. So far I hate New Outlook.
