Automatically decline calender invite from specific people.
Using Microsoft Outlook with Exchange, is there a way to automatically decline calendar invites from a specific sender? I'm on a mailing list for work that I can't get off of and they use that list for a set of invites to meetings that I'll never attend.

2023-12-06T09:24:39+00:00 This is not correct, at least not for Mac, but most likely also not for Windows, too. The rules neither have a 'decline calendar invite' option under actions nor an 'advanced tab'. Yet another essential feature Microsoft Apps are lacking.

You need to select "use the form name form" and then select "choose forms" and make sure "show categories" is checked off, select "application forms" from top of left hand drop down menu and add from left to right side the "decline meeting response". I've used this lots of times and is reliable.
I also tend to add mark as read and move to delete but not sure this is necessary.
