AKS Insights - Node Consuming more than 100% CPU

Hi, we have defined Node State Not Ready alert on one of our AKS deployments, it fired, and on analysis, we found that the Node CPU consumption was even greater than 100%. We are aware it can happen at the pod level, how is it happening at Node Level?, is there any documentation that we can follow, in order to understand this scenario.
