new outlook not synchronize with my emails

the new Outlook is synchronizing with my email while the old one was working very well. now I want to switch to the old one and there is no toggle to switch I need urgent help it is a big defect that interferes with my work.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing emails in New Outlook.

    Try resetting the Outlook app.

    Open Settings on Windows > Select Apps and Features Select the Outlook app, click on Advanced options > and scroll down to select Reset.

    To switch to Classic Outlook, Search for Outlook (not New) on your device, as both Outlook apps should be available on your PC.
