ERR_CONNECTION_RESET when opening Outlook (new) and Clipchamp

When opening either Outlook (new) or Clipchamp, I get an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

My connection works fine on any other program.

Refreshing gives either the same error or a timed out error.

I tried removing then adding back the programs to the firewall, to no avail.

My computer is a DELL G7 7700 running on Windows 11.

    Hi, Romain. Thank you for coming to the forum. My name is Femi. It is worth noting that this is a user community, and we are all users here, much like yourself. While we strive to assist and share insights, we are not Microsoft directly.

    In the article, (https://helpdeskgeek.com/help-desk/9-ways-to-fix-err_connection_reset-in-google-chrome/) you can fix the problem in the following steps;

    "Errors like “err_connection_timed_out” can sometimes result from outdated network adapter drivers.

    Windows makes it easy to download and install the drivers for your adapter, and here’s how you do that:

    Launch Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu icon and choosing Device Manager. Expand Network adapters, right-click your adapter, and choose Update driver. Select Search automatically for drivers Allow Windows to find and install the appropriate drivers for your network adapter. Reboot your PC when the drivers are installed. Open Chrome and try to open your site."

    You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the driver if updating doesn’t work.

    Note: This is a non-Microsoft site. The page seems to provide accurate and reliable information. Beware of advertisements on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUPs (Potentially Unwanted products). Please do thorough research on any product advertised on the site before downloading and installing it.

    I hope this helps, let me know if this contradicts what you need. I remain helpful in answering any more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    Femi.
