Why we need 4 subnets in logic apps ISE?

May I know why we need 4 subnets in vnet in logic apps ISE environment?
What is the purpose of these 4 subnets, please describe it in details in 2-3 lines.
Any artifacts/evidences from Microsoft documentation to support this subnet requirement?

    are needed to create and deploy resources in your ISE and are used by internal Logic Apps components, such as connectors and caching for performance.

    Is there any specific reason or requirement for which you need more details? If yes, could you please share the requirement?
