How can I update from Windows 10 v1607 remotley without losing any network configureation settings?

I need to update some computers that are currently running Windows 10 Enterprise v1607. These computers have a lot of specific settings configured that I do not want to lose. I also use TeamViewer to remote into these computer.

If we worry about lost something, I think we can try to do system image backup and file backup for one test PC first, then try to in-place upgrade from win10 1607 to windows 10 higher version, finally we can check the same issue also happen on our environment.
