Cannot access my hotmail account - which is link to my facebook business page! - HELP!

Hello there,

I am needing to gain access to my hotmail.co.uk account. The last time this was access was over 2 years ago.

This email address is linked to my facebook page to which I am an admin to business pages (the only admin for 1 page). Since changing to meta, facebook keeps wanting to send me a code to make any changes to this facebook business page and due to me not being able to log in to my hotmail account, I can't access the codes!

I am unable to log-in to the hotmail account as I tried the password too many times and it has now blocked me out and I don't know any of the recovery information (such as old skype log in etc) to let me back in!

PLEASE HELP - WHAT CAN I DO!?

Enter your details of the problem e.g. account recovery.

Then tap Contact Support in the bottom left corner.

Choose from the following categories: Other Products, Manage Account Security.

For your feedback about your hotmail account being blocked because you entered your password too many times.

I understand that you want to get your hotmail account back as soon as possible, but Microsoft takes the security of user accounts very seriously, and the fact that you have entered too many incorrect passwords is considered by Microsoft to be an anomaly in your hotmail account. In order to protect the user account security, so lock your account, wait for the user themselves through the bound cell phone/email to unlock.

But I believe you have also forgotten the binding information of your account, so it causes you can't unlock your account through the binding information.

But here at the forum, we don't have the permissions and tools to assist you in unlocking your account and resetting your account's password, even though I know the account is yours, I am very boxed to assist you in unlocking your account. This is something I hope you can understand.

Your current situation. My suggestion is that you can try to contact chat to recover your account, you need to fill in as many account details as possible to prove that you are the account holder, if you don't have another Microsoft account you can apply for a new one to prove that you are the account holder.

Of course you can also contact FB and try to see if you can change your bundled email address, if you can, you won't need to use this hotmail email to verify.
