Problem to schedule Microsoft Exam AZ900

Hello, I'm trying to schedule Microsoft Exam AZ900 but I'm receiving an error about my profile, and with this I'm not able to proceed with the exam schedule. This is my first time using Pearson Vue and I just finished my profile on Microsoft Dashboard.

Note: I tried to schedule through "Internet Explorer", "Google Chrome" and "Mozila", but none of them worked.

Error: We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
