In order to determine whether this is an account issue or a cache issue, please provide me with the following information:
- Please open a private window in a browser, then log in to Sign in to your account using ID A and check what the logged-in account ID is.
- What are the domain names of ID A and ID B respectively?
- On which platform were you logging in when you discovered this problem?
