I logged in with Outlook A ID, but I keep getting logged in with B ID, which I don't know. B is a non-existent ID. Please tell me how to fix it.

    Dear 진우 임,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that another name is displayed when you log in to your account, and I'm happy to provide some explanations.

Based on the situation you described, I presume that the two IDs, A and B, were previously two aliases of the account. Please point it out if my understanding is incorrect.

In order to determine whether this is an account issue or a cache issue, please provide me with the following information:

    1. Please open a private window in a browser, then log in to Sign in to your account using ID A and check what the logged-in account ID is.
    2. What are the domain names of ID A and ID B respectively?
    3. On which platform were you logging in when you discovered this problem?

Please believe that I'm really eager to solve your problem, so I hope to get your cooperation.

Thank you for sharing more detailed information with me. I'll keep an eye on this thread and give a further reply as soon as possible after receiving your reply. I'm looking forward to your reply and wish you all the best.

    Best Regards,

Ulrica.W - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
