    Dear Gonzalo Jesus Castellanos Pinto,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.

I realise you want to see the recent activity on your hotmail account and I'll do my best to help you!

You can simply click on the link below and sign in to your hotmail account and you'll see when your Microsoft account has been logged in for the last 30 days, as well as any device or app-specific information.

    https://account.live.com/activity

Alternatively, if you would like more clarification on the recent events, you can refer to the official article below:

Check the recent sign-in activity for your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Finally, for the security of your account, after reviewing the Recent Activity page, if there are unusual login records or you are concerned that someone may be trying to access your account, then you can increase the security of your account by turning on Dual Authentication or installing Microsoft Authenticator.

    1. Change your Microsoft account password

    1. Enable double authentication

How to use two-step verification with your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Note: Firstly, it is recommended that you add three and more login and verification methods in case one of them fails you can use the other two. Secondly, we recommend that you save the relevant 25-digit recovery code. The reason for this is that when your account is at dangerous risk and you need to authenticate, and your account does not have a valid security message set up to receive the security code, you can use the 25-digit recovery code to authenticate at that moment, so please be aware of that.

    1. Alternatively, if it's easier for you, try adding a Microsoft Authenticator to your phone, which will simplify the log-in process and avoid password hassles.

Thank you for your patience and support.😊

    Best Regards

    Dear Gonzalo Jesus Castellanos Pinto,

Thank you for replying again! You can try clicking on the arrow to expand the login information as shown below:

Privacy], [Security], and [Device] are all account login information that you can see, and you are only able to see who (which device) is logged in to your account, and what websites he has visited with your account.

I wish you all the best

    Dear Gonzalo Jesus Castellanos Pinto,

If you didn't ask for security information such as a security code when you logged into your account, then maybe your device is set up as a secure device. You can see login information such as ip address, login form (web/client), operating system, etc. on the recent activity page. If you need other information, you can check [Devices] to check if an unfamiliar device has logged in, and if so, you can delete the device, and then the device will be unassociated with your account's login record. https://account.microsoft.com/devices?lang=en-us

In another case, someone may have logged in using your device or the device you logged into your account with, in which case they may have successfully bypassed some of the security information and logged into your account directly with a password (or even without entering a password). Finally, you can see what you've done with your account, such as what websites you've visited, on the Privacy page.

Or if you still have any account questions, you can contact Microsoft Online Support.

    1. Open the site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box under "We're Here to Help," enter MSA, click "Get Directions," and then click "Contact Customer Service." (You must be signed in to your Microsoft account. If not, follow step 3.)
    3. In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.

    Note: You can only sign in with your personal MSA, the correct content will not be displayed when you sign in with your company account. If the account cannot be connected, you can use a different account or create a new account to run it;

    1. Under Products & Services, select "Other Products," select "Manage Account Security," and then click Confirm.
    2. You can select "Chat with a support specialist in web browser" and enter the chat window.

Please contact customer service during your office hours.

Thank you for your patience and support.

I wish you all the best

Dear Vivian your link allow me to entry to the same verification in normal way inside my account and dont show the complete information, in few words dont work for me because hotmail dont show complete information, taking in account since 28 of october i am trying to reach information since 17 to 28 october because in that period of time i think a third people entry to my account in silence getting privacy information from my one drive active in that period and this is my biggest worry, because i did a test from another computer and system hotmail did not ask me for any security code thats why same could happen in that period 17 to 28 october when a specific password was working and with that password the third people entry to my account gon******@hotmail.com using my password from another computer without any ask security additional from hotmail, in that way we need the information about that period, because its not my fault because hotmail should let me know complete information in security option dashboard about 30 last days sign in activity from go*****@hotmail.com.

Please urgent your real support and solution about that issue.

    Best Regards
