How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer?

How do I download the "Classic" version of Outlook to my computer? My web hosting service who also supports my email address does not support Microsoft's New cloud-based Outlook app and therefore I need to use the Classic version. I have already downloaded my Microsoft 365 applications to a new computer and cannot figure out how to revert back to Classic Outlook. Thank you for your help.

Is Outlook installed? Outlook.exe is here - you can use Windows key + R to open the Run command and paste the path, including the parenthesis in the run box then press Enter.

    "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

if you use 32-bit Office, it is here -

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE"

If Outlook is installed and new Outlook opens when you click the link, see Use Classic Outlook, not New Outlook (slipstick.com)

If it is not installed, you can download Outlook here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/you-can-t-open-classic-outlook-on-a-new-windows-pc-5c94902b-31a5-4274-abb0-b07f4661edf5

Great, another reason to ban outlook from my computers. I spent a lot of time to adapt (i feel to be raped by microsoft to use new outlook).

I now spent my time to adapt the remnants of old outlook to Thunderbird and than Finito MS Outlook and the MS arrogance of power to force users as they like to use MS Software.

Maybe this will be the first step to go to free software for office.

    I am really not amused.

I feel raped as well, blackmailed, even. I have 2 older versions of Office Professional (not 2021). They could have easily updated our Outlook (Classic) to add the new authorization option. It's so confusing on all the versions of Outlook that they don't just say 'Classic' where you can use your PST files. I've used Outlook classic for over 20 years and have updated the stand alone Office pro over the years. I do not want a subscription, yet don't want to pay $459? for 2021 just to get Outlook to work. Shame on you MS for extortion. You have caused a lot of stress and heartache, I certainly hope the bad feelings and reputation created was worth it for you,

Do you have an office 365 subscription or own office desktop software? Outlook classic is included with all office suites EXCEPT for the Office for home & student version.
