Mongodb atlas cluster disconnected from Azure app service randomly

My azure app service disconnected from the Mongo DB Atlas cluster and gives a timeout error.
When I restart the App Service from the Azure portal then it works fine after restarting the service.
Can you please suggest the proper solution for this issue?
