Dear Zol Von,
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.
I realise that your inability to access the recovery email has resulted in an inability to recover your Microsoft account, I am acutely aware that this account is important to you and I will do everything I can to help you!
If you don't have a password or any valid authentication method:
Recovery Codes
Have you ever generated a security recovery code? If you have generated this code, after clicking [Show More Authentication Methods], and then clicking [I don't have the above information], a text box will appear, you can fill in the recovery code, and after validation, a recovery email will be sent to any email account you specify, and you can change the security information of your account through this link (you need to wait for 30 days to change it completely).
Recovery form
If you are unable to recover your account by resetting your password and recovery code, try completing the account recovery form. When you click on [I don't have the above information] or possibly when you click on [more verification methods], you will be redirected to the Account Recovery Form. You can also click this link to go directly to the Account Recovery Form ( https://account.live.com/acsr) screen. You will need to prove your account owner's identity by filling out questions that only the account owner knows.
NOTE: The Microsoft account recovery process is controlled by a fully automated server and we do not now, nor will we ever, have access to or possess any information about you. Provide an email address where you can receive emails from Microsoft employees, then complete the Account Recovery form on the page. You will receive verification results within 24 hours of submitting the form.
If you receive an ‘Unable to verify your account’ result, you will need to submit the form again, answer as many questions as possible on the next form, and fill in as much information as possible in response to the ‘Add More’ question. You can only use a maximum of two recovery forms per day. Recovering your account is a time-consuming process, so submitting as much information as possible will improve your auto-verification pass rate.
If the result is ‘We have verified your account,’ Microsoft sends instructions on how to log back into your account to the email address provided in the recovery form.
Contact Microsoft Online Support
If none of the above methods are able to recover your account, I recommend that you contact Microsoft Online Support for assistance. Once you have provided them (a real person) with enough information to verify all identities in your account, they will provide you with some additional avenues for account recovery. You can find them by clicking on this link and following these instructions
- Open the site: Contact - Microsoft Support
- In the box under "We're Here to Help," enter MSA, click "Get Directions," and then click "Contact Customer Service." (You must be signed in to your Microsoft account. If not, follow step 3.)
- In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.
Note: You can only sign in with your personal MSA, the correct content will not be displayed when you sign in with your company account. If the account cannot be connected, you can use a different account or create a new account to run it;
- Under Products & Services, select "Other Products," select "Manage Account Security," and then click Confirm.
- You can select "Chat with a support specialist in web browser" and enter the chat window.
Please contact customer service during your office hours.
Additionally, if you have purchased Microsoft products with your Microsoft account, you may be able to provide information such as order numbers, invoices, and other information about what you have purchased to the Microsoft Online Support team, which may improve the success of your account recovery.
Thank you for your patience and support.
I wish you all the best
