1.Does the IP address refer to any server? Virtual or Physical server? Any platform used like Hyper-V, Vmware and others?
If yes, please try to remote to the server via the FQDN name of the server and verify if the same issue will occur?
2.How did you start the remote connection to the specific IP?
3.Is there any way to access the server or IP in console or locally? If yes, will the black screen issue occur?
4.Is there any changes made before you met the RDP black screen issue?
