If the DHCP server was a Windows device, I would suggest you could open a case with Microsoft, they will help you open a phone or email case to Microsoft, so that you would get a technical support on a one-to-one basis while ensuring private information.

If the DHCP server was not a Windows device, I would suggest you could contact third-party device support team for troubleshooting.
