- May I know what version of Outlook do you have? What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support.

Based on your description and regarding to the error message missing msls70.dll
It seems there are problem on office installation files.
In the meantime,
· Try to uninstall Microsoft office using the tool Microsoft support and Recovery Assistant.
