Time Zone keeps changing by itself on Windows 10

I have a new HP PC and for some reason the time zone keeps changing from Central US to Perth, Australia time zone.  I tried the answer to this question, but the time changed while I was still using my computer.  What can I do to keep my computer set to the correct time zone?  I've never had this problem before.

Couple reasons this may happen.

First check to see the windows time service is running.

Go to search and type services and open services.

Scroll to Windows Time and double click on it and set it to Automatic and Start it.

Then set your timezone to automatic.

If not it might be your system clock on your motherboard needs changing.

It's not that your computer TIME is changing - it's your time ZONE that's changing.

Mine has started doing the same thing since the major April 2018 windows 10 update.

I am in Adelaide, Australia and the time zone keeps changing to Brussells!!!

I've changed it back about 20 times in the past two days!!!!

I'll reboot my PC and see if that fixes it - perhaps MS have identified the problem and fixed it with yet another update.

I have a Dell and the time zone is also re-setting and changing.  I've rest my clock numerous times this past week. 

It started happening after the windows 10 update.

That is a good point.  The clock stays working but the time zone changes all by itself - thus changing the time shown on my PC  (also an HP).  Did the reboot work or have you found a Microsoft fix?

I'm having the same issue except I've had my computer for just over a year. How would the system clock of the MOBO get changed without my input?
