I want to access my HOTMAIL account, but it keeps sending me to Outlook. Don't want that. All my emails are in Hotmail. Please help me get my Hotmail account back.

How can I access my old HOTMAIL account. All my emails are there, not in Outlook. I don't like nor want the new Outlook. I want access to my HOTMAIL account. The email addresses are different.

    Why were the two accounts not merged. I have no access to the new e-mails. Also how do you notify all your contacts of the new account. I have tons of businesses and personal contacts on the hotmail ACCOUNT Ive been on hotmail for several decades and now have no idea how to convert to a new page. I'm over 70 and obviously not very techy,

    Gmail seems like a good plan, MS not interested in fixing the issue. I am in the same boat, that's what I am going to do.
