BCC invitees

Hi,

I hope Microsoft will add an option to BCC invitees because many times those are VIPs such as Ministers or other VIP categories and we don't want other invitees to see their emails.

This is when sending the initial calendar invite and when they accept or tentative or reject because if they tentatively accept the meeting their email will also show..

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I noticed that you have a feedback about the feature of adding Bcc recipients to a meeting request, which is indeed not supported in Outlook now. In this case, it is recommended to provide feedback on Microsoft Office in accordance with this document:

Your feedback would help us shape the future of Office for users around the world, thanks for your time.

To BCC invites and hide recipient emails you can create a separate Outlook calendar event for each attendee so that they all get a calendar invitation without being able to see each other's emails. If you want to automate this you can either try the graph API or use Salepager which lets you send BCC Outlook calendar invites that hide invitee emails and protect their privacy.
