Email account blocked

Hi

My email stopped working on my app on my phone and asked to reset password in settings I did this and it don’t let me sign in due to too many wrong attempts which I did not make I only entered it once. Now my account has been blocked for almost a week and I urgently need access to my emails. The verification methods also do not work it says that it is unavailable now. Please help!

    Based on your sec sohu, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your Microsoft account not being able to log in and that you are unable to reset your password via the security verification information within your account, please point out if I am misunderstanding you.

    Regarding your inability to restore your account using your mobile phone number. Currently there is an anomaly in Microsoft's mobile phone verification service, and other community users have reported that when using the secure verification mobile phone number to receive the security code to reset their password, they will encounter a situation where the current verification method is unavailable or the verification code cannot be reached. And as the number of retries increases, the problem spreads to the point where the secure verification mailbox is also unavailable due to too many attempts. I can only suggest that you wait for Microsoft staff to fix this anomaly and implement a fix to fix the problem on its own.

    You can also try to reach out to Microsoft's online support to ask about restoring alternative authentication methods to your account and to provide feedback on your situation.I should explain that Microsoft Community Support is primarily responsible for answering operational questions about using the application. It is not a Microsoft customer service area. So I can only offer you the option of finding Microsoft Online Support.

    2. Currently logged in to another valid personal Micorsoft account .
    3. Under "Product and Server", select " Microsoft 365 and Office ".
    4. Under Categories, select manage account security, and then click Confirm.
    5. Click Chat with Support Agent in Web Browser.,

    Hi

    I’ve managed to change the password but it still says account blocked due to too many sign in attempts even after I use the new password.

    can someone please help me restore my email account as I’ve been sent some urgent important documents and I cannot access them due this issue it’s already been 2 weeks
