i have an azure ad joined device via autopilot . when do ctr alt del > change password, it redirect to account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com. after i input current and new password, i get this message.
"we could not change your password
we're sorry, but we cannot change your password at this time. this is due to a client side issue, so if you try to close and open your browser, changing your password may succeed.
if the issue persists, please contact your admin to change your password for you."
however, if i change password via office 365 outlook web and passwordreset.microsoftonline.com, i am able to reset password.
