Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out. I would like to provide some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue.
- Check Default Calendar Settings
- Go to Settings → Calendar → Default Calendar.
- Ensure that Outlook is selected as the default calendar. If it is set to iCloud or another account, events may not sync with Outlook.
- Verify Outlook Sync Settings
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Mail Accounts → Outlook.
- Ensure that Calendars is toggled ON to allow syncing.
- Remove and Re-add Outlook Account
- Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts.
- Select Outlook, then tap Delete Account.
- Re-add your Outlook account by selecting Add Account → Outlook and signing in again.
- Update iOS and Outlook App
- Go to Settings → General → Software Update, then install any available updates.
- Open the App Store, search for Outlook, and update the app if needed.
If the issue continues after these steps, you may need to check with Microsoft Support or Apple Support for further assistance. Recent updates may have impacted calendar syncing behavior, and they might provide more insights on resolving the issue. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin. If you’re an end-user, kindly coordinate with your Office 365 Global Administrator for assistance.
I really hope that the information I gave above was helpful to you. Please feel free to reply below if you have any update or further concern.
Best regards,
