Not Receiving Emails or Verification Codes in Outlook Account
Dear Microsoft Support,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Outlook email account. Initially, when I created the account, it worked fine and I was able to receive emails. However, now I am no longer receiving any emails at all, including important verification codes required to log in and access services. This has become a serious issue because this account is linked to my Microsoft Office subscription, and I am currently unable to verify or recover access.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance with this.

Hi. I am having the same problem as described above. I have tried calling the Support number and don't get anywhere - it is a machine. How do I resolve this problem - nothing is working. and I need to access my Outlook email account urgently. Are there any humans left who can help by speaking to us? Many thanks
Today, I was finally able to see a few email in my account, which wasn't possible until yesterday. However, I am still not receiving the verification code needed to log in to this account on my PC.

Check Mailbox Storage: A full mailbox can block incoming messages. In Outlook on the web, navigate to Settings > View all Outlook settings > General > Storage to review your usage.
If near capacity, consider deleting or archiving unnecessary emails.
Review Blocked/Safe Senders Settings: Even if no rules were manually set, verify that Microsoft domains (like outlook.com and microsoft.com) aren’t accidentally blocked. In Outlook on the web, check Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk email for any lists that might affect delivery.
